There are so many reasons to love the month of February! This month we looked at representations of hearts in artwork. The students observed some work of American pop artist Jim Dine. We discussed some of the principles and elements of art evident in the pieces, as well as the emotions we felt by looking at the art. The students used oil pastels and water colour paint to create their own unique pieces of art.
